We ordered the design for our wedding invitation card from Cat Carousel. The entire process from start to beginning was easy, joyful and flexible: For example, we had made a wrong selection in the ordering process and she suggested to change the order and get refund. We went with the initial order though. Also, as the Finnish companies offering printing of the cards in a certain ratio, she was kind enough to adjust the size to fit the requirements. She has also attention for detail: There were no typos of any kind, which is more than usual with our Finnish names: Liisa with two ´i´s and Tuomas instead of Thomas. One thing got slipped through her eyes, which was the email address for the contact person behind the card: we asked for adding it in our order and it was forgotten from the first draft, but she swiftly changed it. Good communicator: She responded quickly and communicated expectations on the time clearly and was transparent on possible changes to the timeline. The overall timeline kept as agreed. Overall, thank you very much for a good experience and a good service! I am happy to recommend Cat Carousel.
